First HRSP PV Installation – Large Barn

A 9.6 kW system was installed in December 2008 by Sun Volts Unlimited at the farm of Monika Caemmerer and Heinz Schweistries in north Milton. It was commissioned in February 2009, and started delivering electricity back to the grid. The homeowners originally applied for the Renewable Energy Standard Offer Program (RESOP), and received $.42 per kilowatt-hour under that program.
