First HRSP PV House Installation – 2 kW System

A 2.27 kW system was installed in December 2008 on a home in Oakville by Eco Alternative Energy. The system contains 12 panels of 190 W each. The homeowner attended our first solar fair in October 2008 and made the decision there to install a PV system.

Here is a photo of the roof.

The panels have been slightly raised above the roof line to avoid shade from the large trees.
