ACER – Executive Director posting

For Climate’s Sake (formerly known as Association for Canadian Educational Resources) is seeking an Executive Director to provide management and organizational development to our growing organization, and to implement our strategic vision.   The goal is to expand existing community-based forest biodiversity monitoring activities and educational programs, strengthen and build partnerships within Ontario. The focus will be on resource development: fundraising, sponsorships and partnership development.

 

The position requires at least 5 years management experience, (preferably in environmental field), strong writing, organizational and public speaking skills. Candidates must be flexible, handle a variety of responsibilities and be able to work with minimal supervision. 

Salary range $48,000-52,000 depending on qualifications. Deadline for applications September 15, 2010.
