FORCE stops quarry

FORCE has learned that the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing has issued a Ministerial Zoning Order, effectively freezing out St. Marys Cement’s plans for a proposed quarry in Northeast Flamborough, part of the City of Hamilton just west of the Halton border.
