TransCanada Energy has launched a court challenge of Oakville’s Health Protection Air Quality Bylaw. The company claims that the Town is trying to frustrate the construction of the proposed 900 MW gas-fired power plant. See story at http://www.insidehalton.com/news/article/836030.
