HEN Networking Dinner and Annual General Meeting
Announcing HEN's Networking Dinner & Annual General Meeting, taking place on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in Milton.
This is our annual opportunity to get together with our member groups and others interested in Halton's environmental scene and includes social time, business, and an engaging guest speaker.
The event will be held in the banquet hall at the Grand Chalet in Milton from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The restaurant is located at 324 Steeles Avenue between Ontario Street and Martin Street, on the short portion of Highway 25.
Tickets are $30 for members, $35 for non-members, for an Italian buffet dinner. A cash bar will be available. Tickets must be reserved by Wednesday, May 23. Purchasing information is below.

7:00 p.m. Guest speaker — Peter Love — "Climate Change, Conservation, and What You Can Do"

8:15 p.m. Annual general meeting (business portion)

Peter Love is an Adjunct Professor at York University and the Hydro One Visiting Distinguished Research Fellow at Ryerson’s Centre for Urban Energy. He is the former Chief Energy Conservation Officer at the Ontario Power Authority, where he challenged leading mayors to appoint Municipal Energy Conservation Officers.
Tickets for the dinner are $30/person for members, $35/person for non-members. Members include members of HEN member groups and HEN individual supporters. The HEN individual supporter fee is $15/year and may be purchased with the dinner ticket ($45 total). Please let us know your preference for chicken parmigiana or a vegan eggplant main course.
